Kristen Johnson is a graduate of Western Michigan University with bachelor degrees in Dietetics and Exercise Science. She has been a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor since her college years, helping individuals achieve their fitness goals along with a healthy lifestyle.

Kristen completed her Dietetic Internship at Spectrum Health, Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 2010. Immediately following her internship, Kristen worked in the corporate world as a Dietitian for Meijer, Inc. From there she dove into the retail world of Superfoods where she worked as a Dietitian for Mrs. Green’s Natural Market in Chicago, IL learning everything she could about wheatgrass, healthy skin care, and homeopathic remedies. Kristen has worked with many organizations, large and small, including Delta Airlines, University of Notre Dame, American Diabetes Association, Chicago Public Schools, etc.

Now, as the Dietitian, Speaker, and Director of Social Engagement for On Target Living, Kristen teaches people how to REST EAT MOVE for optimal health & performance in all aspects of their life. Her knowledge, energy, and enthusiasm are unrivaled and contagious to all she comes in contact with. She truly practices what she preaches and is committed to changing lives.

Chris Johnson is a nationally recognized speaker and author. He is the founder and CEO of On Target Living, a health and performance company that helps organizations achieve performance goals and increase efficiency. He regularly speaks to businesses on the health and performance strategies needed to infuse energy into their lives and increase productivity in the office. Johnson has worked in partnership with several Fortune 100 companies to improve the overall corporate performance of their executives and employee base.

Along with speaking and consulting, Johnson has also created the On Target Living brand that helps consumers think about how they rest, eat and move. He has authored several books, produced exercise DVDs and masterly crafted his signature product, The Food Target. As the CEO and founder of On Target Living, Chris currently travels around the world educating and empowering people to take small steps—one day at a time—in order to live life optimally and to the fullest.

He holds a master’s degree in exercise physiology from Michigan State University and certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine, the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise, along with over 20,000 hours of one-on-one personal training.

Tab Jackson holds a Master's degree in sociology and criminal justice at Michigan State University. At age 65, Tab walks the walk and has been actively involved on a personal level with health and fitness for over 40 years and as a personal trainer for over 10 years. Tab is also certified as a Lifestyle Fitness Coach through the Spencer Institute. As an athlete, Tab competed in the Pro-Am SSUSA national Slow-Pitch Tour in 2005-2009 playing in the 50+ category. Tab says, "I believe for some people it's hard to imagine using 50 and competitive in the same sentence." Tab has extensive training in body alignment, strength training, and nutrition. Tab is dedicated in helping people work through their barriers and achieve their goals. "It is never too late to get healthier and live the life of your dreams."

Brandon graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He is fascinated by the power of foods to keep us looking and feeling good. He brings his energy, enthusiasm, expertise, and passion to On Target Living and has become dedicated to transforming people’s lives as well as revolutionizing the wellness industry. He believes that health is a lifestyle, not an “end” to be achieved. His passion is to motivate people to start exercising and eating healthier, which leads to multiple positive outcomes, like looking and more importantly feeling better!

Brandon’s versatility is unique to the fitness world. From powerlifting, to yoga, to running triathlons, Brandon has experience in many aspects of fitness and is always excited to learn and master new fitness opportunities that are introduced to him. Brandon’s hallmark is his commitment to his clients, and his dynamic style and high-energy personality which have produced remarkable results for people of all ages.
